SpaceX will take the Crew Dragon spacecraft out of orbit on Saturday. The capsule will bring the four members of the Inspiration 4 mission back to Earth after three days in space.
The Crew Dragon Capsule is expected to disintegrate in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Cape Canaveral, Florida at 7:06 p.m. EDT.
Special Historic Missions – – They include Commander Jared Isakman, pilot Sian Proctor, medical director Hayley Arsenault, and mission specialist Chris Simbrowski. – – Humans orbit Earth 350 miles above the International Space Station, causing them to travel back to Earth for years. The free space flight capsule does not dock with the International Space Station, but orbits the Earth independently at 15 revolutions per day.

This is the third time SpaceX has taken astronauts into space, and this is the second capsule. This is the flight from NASA’s Crew 1 mission on its return flight in May. For the Inspiration 4 comeback, rubber bands are expected to cover the nostrils at 6:35 a.m. ET before violently re-entering and launching a parachute shortly after 7 p.m.
Two previous SpaceX astronaut missions have been deployed to the Gulf of Mexico, making it the first to return to the Atlantic Ocean.
