As reported by the Spanish radio station Cadena Cope, among others, the German 2014 World Champion is unable to attend the top La Liga game against Real Sociedad next weekend with problems in his hamstring.
The round of 16 second leg against Paris Saint-Germain – the duel was previously described as an early “final” – will probably take place without the strategist who is sure of his pass. According to the radio station, the veteran was absent from team training on Thursday.

Casemiro is suspended against PSG
If Kroos is actually missing against Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Co., he would be the second piece of the puzzle after Casemiro (yellow card suspension) to break away from Carlo Ancelotti’s preferred 3-man midfield. Only Luka Modric would remain.
Federico Valverde, Eduardo Camavinga, Isco and Dani Ceballos are competing for the places next to Modric. After all: David Alaba is about to make his comeback after surviving an injury. That would at least bring the Eder/Alaba central defense together.
