1. Build a “battle fortress” and consolidate the foundation of the team. Improve the ideological and political construction of the law enforcement team, the construction of a clean and honest government, the management of law enforcement accounts, work discipline, the system of asking for leave, and the management of auxiliary personnel to ensure the efficient and standardized operation of the whole team and shape the image of a law enforcement iron army. Second, practice “enforcement internal strength” and protect the work of the center. In order to make administrative law enforcement more effective, regularly organize personnel training and examinations, improve the comprehensive law enforcement level of team members, strictly implement “holding certificates to work, showing evidence to enforce the law”, so that the full record of the law enforcement process can be traced back to management, and the administrative law enforcement information is open and transparent. Standardize the implementation of law enforcement procedures, prudently use discretion, and all administrative punishment cases are run in real time on the case handling platform. In addition, in order to help the “seven major projects”, strengthen the two platforms of the industrial park, strengthen guidance on minor violations involving enterprises in accordance with the law, and actively adopt methods such as persuasion and reminders, visits and interviews, to enhance the sense of lawful acquisition of enterprises and the public. Up to now, it has served and guided enterprises for 7 times, and participated in the training and examination of 37 team members.

3. Through “difficult and blocked points”, show responsibility. In order to accurately assist the “Grid Governance Consolidation Year” action, while strengthening the global grid law enforcement force, the “Comprehensive Law Enforcement Reception Room” was launched. The law enforcement team, the town’s natural resources institute, the town’s agricultural economic center, and the town’s village center are composed of members. If a key enterprise in the grid encounters a difficult point, it can walk into the “reception room” at any time to reflect the actual situation of the enterprise. The law enforcement service personnel will solve the questions that can be answered on the spot, and the questions that need to be coordinated before replying. Then enter the corresponding process, achieve “one event, one feedback”, and form a closed loop of comprehensive law enforcement services. Up to now, the “reception room” has served 12 business owners and business owners, with a response rate and satisfaction rate of 100%.
