The general practitioner who wrote the certificates for children has repeatedly criticized the current corona measures on social media. The question now is whether the doctor is making a (deontological) error in writing these notes. “You have to look at that on a case-by-case basis. If the doctor writes such notes all the time, it must be investigated”
The National Order of Physicians would already have a file around the doctor, after a previous complaint. It was about how the doctor would advise patients not to get vaccinated. “That hearing was supposed to take place, but has been postponed. If a colleague decides to file a complaint now, the Bar Association must investigate it.”
The doctor in question has not yet been reached for comment.
