“The main thing is indeed performance, that there must also be a political side, but that’s not the main thing,” said Jokowi at the Djakarta Theater, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
When asked by journalists whether there are ministers who have poor performance and have different political views, Jokowi just smile. “Just want to know,” Jokowi said in response to a question about whether there were ministers with poor performance.
Jokowi’s Plan for Cabinet Reshuffle on Wednesday Pon

According to Djarot, the performance of the NasDem minister and the attitude of the party that has nominated Anies Baswedan as a 2024 presidential candidate are the considerations for the proposed replacement of ministers. Nevertheless, Djarot admitted that he did not know when the replacement of ministers would take place. Usually, he said, ministerial shuffles were held on Pon Wednesday.

As for now NasDem has three ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. They are Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo, Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya Bakar, and Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G Plate.
Djarot only proposed that an evaluation be carried out on Minister Syahrul and Siti. The reason is that the two ministries are partners in DPR Commission IV.
Prior to this, Jokowi also always asked the public to wait for the reshuffle plan.
