The Department of Meteorology said that “stable weather dominates Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin in the coming days”, noting that “the average temperature on the coast for the month of December is between 13 and 21 degrees Celsius”.
And he explained in his morning bulletin: “The weather expected in Lebanon today, Friday, is partly cloudy to partly cloudy, with no significant variations in temperatures on the coast, which remain below the seasonal averages, while decreasing slightly in the interior and mountainous regions; fog also forms on the heights”.
And the Department of Estimates stressed that “forecast weather for tomorrow, Saturday, is cloudy to partly cloudy overall, with local fog in the highlands, and no significant variations in temperatures falling within their seasonal averages.”
And it indicated that “the weather forecast for Sunday is partly cloudy with high clouds, with a slight rise in temperatures, and fog is forming on the hills, and weak scattered rains are expected in the internal southern regions, starting in the afternoon. stable altitudes and temperatures.
The department also specified that “surface winds: from the northwest during the day, veering southeast in the evening, with speeds between 8 and 25 km/h, the swell is generally good, the relative humidity on the coast is between 45 and 75%, the sea conditions are calm and the water surface temperature is 20 degrees Celsius.”
