JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional (JMT) will operate Ramp 1 Junction / Simpang Susun (SS) South Sentul of Highway Jagorawi starts Saturday (11/21/2020) at 06.00 WIB.
Operation of internodes Highway This follows the issuance of the Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) of Public Works and Public Housing Number 1568 / KPTS / M / 2020 dated 6 November 2020 concerning the Stipulation of Operation of Ramp 1 Junction in South Sentul on Jalan Jagorawi toll road.
The operation of the roads tolls this is because it has met the requirements Function Test (ULF) and Operations in mid-October 2020.
Project Head of South Sentul Interchange Development PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Bianto Johan Arifin said this in a written statement quoted Kompas.com, Friday (20/11/2020).
“This SS has met the requirements of the Function and Operation Worthy Test in mid-October 2020,” explained Bianto.
Bianto said, development SS Sentul Selatan which passes over Toll Jagorawi, precisely KM 37 + 000, is expected to reduce the density at the Belanova Simpang while reducing travel time.

In addition, this SS can also be used as an alternative route for road users heading to Bogor from the direction of Jakarta via the Bogor Ring Road (BORR) toll road which is managed by PT Marga Sarana Jabar (MSJ).
Before the SS Sentul Selatan, toll road users must make two transactions, namely at the Sentul Selatan Toll Gate (GT) Jagorawi Tol and West Sentul GT Tol BORR.
With this toll road, road users only need to make one transaction, namely GT Sentul Barat with integrated rates between Jagorawi Toll Road and BORR Toll Road.
The details, class I amounting to IDR 17,000, groups II and III IDR 26,500, and groups IV and V IDR 36,000.
The SS Sentul Selatan has a total length of 2,075 meters built since January 2019 using 263 units box girder and the longest span is 70 meters.
This SS was built using construction elevated box girder by method balanced cantilever by crane.
The construction method is construction bridge by making use of the cantilever balancing effect.
Until, the structure can stand on its own without the help of other supports (scaffolding /falsework).
