Tomorrow, Samsudin will be questioned by the East Java Regional Police regarding the report to the Red Magician

SURABAYAKOMPAS.com – The East Java Regional Police are scheduled to examine Samsudin Jadab regarding the alleged defamation report by the Red Magician (Marcel Radhival) on Friday (12/8/2022).

Acting Head of Sub-Directorate of Cyber ​​Ditreskrimsus East Java Police Kompol Harianto said his party had sent a summons to the owner of the Nur Dzat Sejati Padepokan, Blitar Regency since last week.

“In the letter, the person concerned should have been questioned on Monday (8/8/2022), but his lawyer asked to resign,” said Harianto, quoted from Between, Thursday (11/8/2022).

Samsudin’s lawyer, he said, proposed a rescheduling of his client’s summons and promised to come to the Cyber ​​Sub-Directorate of the East Java Police on Friday.

Even though he started calling the reporter, he confirmed that the status of the report made by Samsudin was still classified as a public complaint.

Because a number of elements brought in the initial report did not meet the requirements for issuing a police report (LP).

“Not yet, because he doesn’t know what evidence to bring to LP. We will review the evidence tomorrow, if it meets the elements, we will raise it to LP,” he said.

Previously, the East Java Regional Police investigated the public complaints by Samsudin related to the case.

If in the investigation later it is found that the criminal act committed by the contestant, namely the red magician, then the complaint will be raised as LP.

Samsudin had reported the Red Magician to the East Java Regional Police on Wednesday (3/8/2022) on suspicion of cases of libel and hate speech.

In a YouTube video, Red Magician says Samsudin’s treatment method is a trick or a scam.
