Among them, amendments to the Law on Orphans’ Courts and other laws, which provide for the relief of orphans’ courts from performing atypical tasks, as well as amendments to the Law on the Maintenance Guarantee Fund, in order to be able to improve the mechanisms of recovery of maintenance payments paid from the fund. Also, the deputies will decide whether to see the suggested changes in the tax laws in the commissions.
The Defense, Internal Affairs and Corruption Prevention Commission has asked to include in the agenda and consider in the first reading the amendments to the law, which envisages improving the implementation of technological solutions for the protection of the external land border.
On the other hand, the National Economy, Agrarian, Environmental and Regional Policy Commission has asked to consider amendments to the Commercial Law in the first reading tomorrow, which are intended to improve and simplify the process of reorganization of commercial companies both at the national and cross-border level.
