Tomohiro Ito reads “Nikkei Stock Average Short-term Scenario” (December 7th diary)

The Nikkei Stock Average is likely to start lower, reflecting the decline in 225 futures last night.

The immediate task is to confirm whether there is room for the price to rise within the range of the Taiyo line of yesterday, December 6th, or whether the high price of 33,452 yen on the 6th will return to the highest price.

If the near-term price exceeds 33,452 yen and moves to test the November 20th high of 33,853 yen, even if the price falls today, the downward price will be supported before the 6th’s low of 32,914 yen. Therefore, it is likely that the value will move back.

If the price returns to a high of 33,452 yen and the near-term price starts to decline, it is possible that the price will fall to the low of 32,726 yen on the 5th today.
