The virus comes from Kerala, a very populated state, located in the southwest of India. Tomato flu: no known treatment yet

In addition to rashes, this virus causes other symptoms like fever, cough, runny nose, stomach cramps, nausea, and joint pain.

For the moment, no treatment is yet known. Symptoms last 8-10 days and go away on their own. However, a few care are necessary: ​​“Patients who develop tomato fever should drink plenty of fluids and rest in bed to keep the body hydrated and well rested,” adds Dr. Subhash Chandra.
