Tomasz Oświęciński does not complain about the lack of popularity. The celebrity became known in many Polish films and series – especially those directed by Patryk Vega. An amateur actor is most often cast in the roles of the so-called “dark types”. His athletic build, bald head and tattoos on his muscular arms make it easier for him to play characteristic characters. The man recently appeared on the couch in Kuba Wojewódzki’s program, where he revealed that his education has nothing to do with acting.

Tomasz Oświęciński admitted that acting pays his bills today. What’s more, his schedule is bursting at the seams – he plays in several series, and the audience can also experience his talent on theater stages. “Yes, I make a living from acting. I must tell you that I work a lot. In October I will only be at home for two days. (…) Now I play in four series at the same time and I have four titles in the theater,” he said.
The amateur actor admitted that although in the past he was hesitant to call himself an actor, today he no longer feels embarrassed. “Now I can confidently say that I am an actor. Before, I was afraid of it, because everyone said: ‘Oh, an actor, he must have an acting school, what school did you have, man?’ – he said. Wojewódzki used these opportunities to answer the question and ask about Oświęciński’s education. “I am a professional mechanic technician,” he admitted.
Tomasz Oświęciński confessed in the past that since he is famous, he has to be careful because the paparazzi are just waiting for him to slip up. “I have no problem with people asking me for an autograph or a photo. Without people, I don’t exist,” he told “Grazia”.
Despite this, the amateur actor enjoys recognition and knows how to derive pleasure from it. “I really didn’t realize that everything could be used against me. I have to avoid such situations,” he said. For the film star Vega, it is important to live in such a way that his daughter does not have to be ashamed of him. He has his say, but it’s a past he doesn’t want to go back to.
