A few days ago, the Czech acting community was shaken by the news of the death of Tomáš Kolomazník, who professionally left the most significant mark in Cheb. His theater colleagues will remember him this weekend.
This was confirmed on Facebook by the West Bohemian Theater in Cheb, stating that the mourning ceremony itself had already taken place in the immediate family circle. A memorial meeting of theatergoers in the auditorium of the Cheb Theater will take place on Sunday 19 December from 3 pm.
“Tomáš, as a lover of nature and everything natural, did not want any ceremonial formalities, speeches and ordeals. So on Sunday come – please, without ties, black suits and veils – to listen to Tomáš’s favorite music and remember his best acting performances,” said the theater.
Kolomazník died after a serious illness at the age of 44. A graduate of the Prague Conservatory, he drew attention to himself mainly on the stage, but he also edited roles in the film The Fairy Tale or the series Rapl.
