Tom Waes has no choice but to admit: “It’s been like this for years”

Tom Waes has created a new program for VRT1: ‘Kalm Waes’. He tries to avoid stress.

The whole program has become a life lesson for Tom, he says in Dag Allemaal. “It was much more than I expected,” said the Antwerp fan. “They gave me that idea in a good way.”

“They told me that weight is the second biggest cause of death in the world, I didn’t know that at all. And yes, I am a weight bunny,” Tom admits.

“I lead a very busy life, for years now. I needed to get away from it for a while and reduce the negative pressure. I had to protect myself from burning several times over the last two years,” said Tom.
