Tom Thibodeau is in 11th place in winning percentage having more than 500 games training behind his back. He currently has a record 352-246 (58.9%) in his eight NBA seasons, combined between the Chicago Bulls, where he was coach of the year, and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The coach comes from a somewhat controversial stage in the Wolves, where they went on to qualify for Playoffs after 14 seasons without being present, ending with problems in locker rooms with Jimmy Butler, which ended in Philadelphia 76ers, and that ended with the dismissal of the coach, after the unsustainable chemical situation between the players and him.
In the Bulls he had five successful seasons, where they went to Playoffs in all of them, even reaching a Conference Final.
