By many Tom Holland regarded as the best Spider-Man we’ve had on the silver screen to date. However, the question is whether he will be seen as Peter Parker for a long time to come. He would no longer have a contract and after playing the part for about 7 years, he might just have other wishes.
“I’ve talked to him about making maybe 100 more movies. I’m never going to make Spider-Man movies without him,” said producer Amy Pascal about the future of Holland, in conversation with GQ.
Tom Holland really seems to have doubts
“Maybe it’s time for me to move on,” Holland said after being asked about his views on his Marvel future. “Maybe the best thing for Spider-Man is if they make a Miles Morales movie. I also have to consider Peter Parker because he’s an important part of my life. If I play Spider-Man after I’m 30, I’ll have done something wrong.”
But he also seems to want to go further. “I would also after recording The Crowded Room [serie Apple TV+] can think, “You know what, this is what I’m going to do for the rest of my life.” Or I could do Spider-Man 4, 5, and 6 to stop making a Spider-Man movie after I’m 32,” he admits. “I’m not sure what I want to do.”
On Spider-Man: No Way Home at least we see actor in Uncharted and so he’s working on the Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room. His name is also connected to the book adaptation Beneath a Scarlet Sky.
