(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Jong-koo Han = “If you break the distance once more, you’re fired!”
Hollywood actor Tom Cruise expressed fierce anger at the shooting site by swearing at the staff who broke the quarantine rules.
The Sun, a British daily newspaper, reported on the 15th (local time) that Tom Cruise shouted at some of the staff at the filming site of the recent movie’Mission Impossible 7′.
While filming at Riversden Studios outside London, England, he was angry when he saw two staff members near the computer after breaking social distancing.
He said, “We’re making thousands of jobs through movies right now, this is the XX,” he said.
He warned, “If any of the staff break the quarantine rules, it’s over. Never do that.”
The film’Mission Impossible 7′, which is scheduled to be released next November, has been delayed due to the spread of a novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19).
In October, 12 staff members in Venice, Italy, were diagnosed with Corona 19 and stopped filming, and recently resumed filming in the UK.
Because of this, Tom Cruise responded sensitively to quarantine measures such as social distancing, Desun explained.
It is even reported that Tom Cruise prepared a cruise ship and quarantined it for a private expense of 500,000 pounds (about 740 million won) for the film crew.
An official said, “Tom Cruise goes around the filming site every day to make sure people work and act safely,” he said. “He is very active in safety.”
