Tom Brady backs out of retirement: will continue to play until age 45 – NFL

Tom Brady’s retirement was short-lived. The quarterback announced that he will stay in the NFL and play until he’s 45! For the 23rd consecutive season.

“In the last two months I’ve realized that my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates and I love my family that supports me. Without them, none of this is possible. I’m back for my 23rd season in Tampa. We have things to finish”, stressed the American football legend through social networks in a publication that in a few minutes reached hundreds of thousands of interactions. Tom Brady is already etched in the history of the sport, no matter what happens from now on: he was a seven-time SuperBowl champion and an MVP in five finals. He played 19 years for the New England Patriots and since 2020 has played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
