Unable to see the situation, a male employee conducted a survey of approximately 230 town employees.
Thirty-nine people, more than half of the respondents, said they had been harassed by the mayor or had seen it, with some saying things like “die” or “I’m going to kill you” from the mayor, or wearing costumes. It was revealed that there was also an incident of sexual harassment in which the employee hugged a female employee.
