The Dubai Police Women’s Council organized a dialogue session under the slogan “Together Towards Leadership”, to stand on 4 main axes, and present outputs that support the Dubai Police’s strategic directions in empowering and involving the female component in the police and security work system. The dialogue session was chaired by Major Expert Anoud Al Saadi, Chairman of the Women’s Council of the Dubai Police, in the presence of Amira Ibrahim, Senior Business Development Specialist at the Dubai Women’s Establishment, and members of the Dubai Police Women’s Council, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two sides, and to come up with programs and proposals that achieve the goals Desired to support the female elements.
Major Al Saadi confirmed that the Dubai Police General Command is keen to strengthen its endeavors to support and empower the female component in the police and security work system in its various disciplines, and to push its role strongly in formulating future decisions and decision-making, in implementation of the directions of the wise leadership aimed at achieving gender balance, pointing to a number of models The honorable leaders in the UAE, who have proven their success and distinction in all the positions they held, and have become active partners in achieving the strategic goals of the state.
The dialogue session included 4 axes, represented in current and future challenges, ways to empower and qualify the female element with innovative projects and initiatives, achieving a balance between life and work in the military, and participating in local, regional and international awards to highlight the role of Emirati women in police work.
