TODAY THE TCR SOUTH AMERICA RUNS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN GÁLVEZ

The automobile category that was born in June of this year visits the Autodromo de la Ciudad for the 6th date of the championship.

How could it be otherwise, the Oscar y Juan Gálvez Racetrack in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires welcomes the promising TCR South America category created in June of this year.

This Saturday, within the framework of the 6th round of the championship, 13 vehicles, six teams and 26 drivers from five countries will race for the first time on the emblematic Buenos Aires track, in the 3,337 meters of Circuit No. 8. The Formula 4 categories will also compete and GT 2000.

Among the 26 TCR South America drivers there are 17 Argentines: Ernesto Bessone, Juan Pablo Bessone, Juan Manuel Sapag, Facundo Marques, Juan Ángel Rosso, Matías Milla, Matías Cravero, Esteban Guerrieri, Nestor Girolami, Javier Manta, Gonzalo Fernández, Fabricio Pezzini , Claudio Rama, Leandro Rama, Damián Fineschi, Eugenio Provens and Nicolás Palau.

After the five dates played so far, the Spanish Pepe Oriola leads the standings with 175 points, while Rodrigo Baptista is second with 162 points and Raphael Reis closes the championship podium with 129.
