Tonight’s Galaxy Unpacked event will host Samsung’s new flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S23 series, as well as the latest Galaxy Book3 laptops. The event will start at 21:00 Moscow time. The presentation will be broadcast on official Samsung YouTube channelas well as on company website.

In the evening, we will be shown a trio of smartphones: Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 Ultra. There is no more intrigue regarding the upcoming smartphones – rumors and leaks have shown their appearance and revealed their characteristics. In short, with design point of view we are waiting for the evolutionary development of solutions of the past generation – nothing extraordinary. Of the interesting technical features, it is worth mentioning the use of Qualcomm processors in all versions, and unusual ones – new items will receive a special Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy. The chip will be faster than the regular Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 due to the higher frequency of 3.6 GHz instead of 3.2 GHz. And the older Galaxy S23 Ultra will receive advanced camera with a 200-megapixel sensor that supports video recording in format 8K at 30fps.
In the US, new smartphones are expected to will cost the same, like their predecessors – from 800, 1000 and 1200 dollars respectively for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 Ultra. But prices will rise in Europe – €100 or more.
Much more intrigue around the second announcement, expected tonight – the new Galaxy Book3 laptops. The announcement of at least five models is expected, some of which will receive touch displays and a transformable design. New should get the latest 13th generation Intel Core processors, as well as advanced AMOLED displays from Samsung itself, will be used in touch models smartphone-like screens.
