Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. – The State Congress will support the female population in their studies of breast and cervical cancer through the installation of a mobile unit of the Ministry of Health.
The deputy of the Citizen Movement, Tabita Ortiz, reported that the people who require it will be able to go to the Congress facilities from today and tomorrow to carry out said studies.
He explained that, in coordination with the Ministry of Health, local legislators from all fractions, managed to install a mobile unit at the headquarters of Congress with the aim of providing care to citizens.
He mentioned that a total of 90 mammograms and the same number of cervical cancer studies will be carried out for these two days.
Business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and no prior appointment is required, the legislator said.
