This second Saturday of the month, vehicles with hologram 1 will not be able to circulate, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Hoy No Circula program. They are those with hologram 1 that have license plates with a non-terminated finish, that is, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9.
The restriction is also for all cars with hologram 2, as well as foreign ones. Vehicles with double zero, zero, electric and hybrid holograms can circulate every day, including Saturdays.

Vehicles with double zero, zero, electric and hybrid holograms can circulate every day, including Saturdays. It is worth mentioning that the restriction is valid from 5:00 a.m. and until 10:00 p.m. also for Morelos and Tlaxcala. Given this, do not trust yourself and always follow the measures so that you do not get fined.
