Deputy Chairperson of LPSK Edwin Partogi Pasaribu said that his party would confirm to investigators about Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu’s statement regarding the superior’s order in the case of his death. Brigadier J.

Yes, we have heard that too and we will confirm it with the investigators and Bharada E,” said Edwin Partogi after receiving a letter of application for justice collaborator by Bharada E’s attorney at the LPSK office in Ciracas, East Jakarta, August 8, 2022.
He said he would study Bharada E’s statement as a follow-up to the justice collaborator’s request.
“If indeed Bharada E is not the main actor and wants to make this case clear, of course Bharada E has the qualifications as a JC,” he said.
Edwin did not confirm how long the process of protection and justice collaborator. It depends on the situation, he said, but LPSK can provide immediate protection if urgent.
Once approved, LPSK will submit a recommendation to the judge during the trial to consider the application for JC Bharada E status.
“In the law it is stated that if the person has been recommended by the LPSK, the judge must really pay attention to our recommendations,” he said.
Today the attorneys for Richard Eliezer or Bharada E, Deolipa Yumara and Muhammad Burhanuddin, officially submitted a request for Justice Collaborator (JC) for the shooting case of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
Deolipa said that the JC submission was carried out because this case was related to Article 338 in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code. According to him, with this article there are main actors other than Bharada E who committed a crime.
“Bharada E with a mature heart expressed his readiness to become a Justice Collaborator,” he said.
