Today Perico has two proposals on student matters. One of them is the queen election of the Secondary School 3 “San José” in the downtown neighborhood of this commercial city, an institution that thanks the outgoing sovereign Belén Suarez, who is also the queen of the El Carmen department, for her reign.
This 2022 the same modality is applied as last year due to the pandemic, that is to say that the election will be behind closed doors with the participation of the students.
