November 15 is the last day to repay the single property payment (this is an innovation for 2024), which also includes transport tax. What happens if you “forget” about it?
— Every year there are situations when, due to forgetfulness (or perhaps intentionally), a person does not pay taxes. Usually, in this case, several SMS reminders are sent to the phone registered to the payer. If there is no response, the tax office transmits the information to the enforcement authorities. In addition to the tax, a penalty will also be charged. The tax office also reminded how you can pay your annual mandatory payment online or offline:
— through the “Payer’s Personal Account” service. To do this, you need to go to the website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties (Login to the “Payer’s Personal Account” service is carried out using a login and password.
— through the ERIP system according to the following algorithm: “Settlement” system (ERIP) — Taxes — region/city/district — Internal Revenue Service for the district (or department for working with payers for the district) at the place of registration of the individual. To pay the tax, you need to select “Single property payment” and enter the payer’s account number (UNP).
The payer’s registration number is indicated in the notice of the tax authority, in addition, it can be found on the ministry’s website in the electronic service “Information from the State Register of Payers (Other Obligated Persons).” The UNP is entered in capital letters of the Latin alphabet without spaces.
