Today, Thursday, the Cairo Criminal Court is hearing the first session of the artist’s trial Minna Salabicharged with drug possession and use.
And the prosecutor ordered the indictment of the artist after it was proved that she possessed narcotic hashish with the intention of using it, adding that he had raised the charges against her according to the testimony of five witnesses of the incident, the findings of the police investigations, and what is proven by the recordings of the monitoring machines of the place where they were seized, as well as what emerged from the chemical laboratory examination of the seizures found in his possession.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office said it concluded its investigation after the arrest of the artist by listening to the testimony of workers at Cairo International Airport, which led to the examination of the defendant’s suitcases with an X-ray machine during the completion of the customs procedures, during which it was found that there was organic condensation inside them, so they were thoroughly searched, which led to the discovery of narcotic substances in the bags.
The prosecution said the chemical laboratory report showed that the seizures contained two drugs, namely hashish and cannabis, which are listed in the drug law’s first list.
Egyptian security services arrested the artist, Menna Shalaby, as he returned from a trip, in possession of a quantity of drugs at the end of last November.
And Egyptian Customs said the details of the seizures included “6 plastic bags labeled with lychee, containing the narcotic marijuana plant weighing 45 grams, 2 plastic bags labeled with sherb and containing the narcotic marijuana plant weighing of 15 grams, a plastic bag labeled with jars containing the same narcotic plant weighing 6 grams, and a parpie punch plastic bag labeled with the same narcotic plant weighing 7 grams.
The seizures included “a plastic bag labeled with biscuits containing the same drug weighing 8 grams, a plastic bag labeled connecten containing the same narcotic plant weighing 9 grams, a clear plastic package containing the same narcotic plant weighing of 15 grams and 2 clear plastic packages containing two cigarettes containing the narcotic marijuana plant, adding that they also found a cardboard box labeled wwc containing 2 electronic hookahs marked with THC, and 3 cardboard boxes labeled stlllzy containing 2 electronic hookahs with narcotic marijuana oil inside them and 3 plastic bags labeled prmium oil inside them 3 electronic hookahs with narcotic oil inside.
The seizures included an electronic hookah with anesthetic oil inside, a cardboard box containing a cruet containing an electronic hookah, a green box marked by smoking sessions with a marijuana plant sign, and an empty mill used for drug abuse. drugs.
