The same rules apply to the second semi-final of Eurovision, in which we also participate. It will be held on May 27.
Our country will be represented by Miro with the song “You are an angel”, which is composed by Miro himself. Mikhail Mihailov, Georgi Andreev and Gordon Davis also took part in its creation.
The so-called Big Four (France, Germany, Spain and Great Britain) qualify automatically for the final, which will take place on May 29. As the host country, Norway is also a sure finalist. A combination of 50 percent professional jury voting plus 50 percent audience voting will determine the outcome of the semi-finals and the final.
17 million euros in the budget for the realization of the 55th edition of “Eurovision”. For comparison, in 2009, Russia spent 30 million.
