Today closes the call to train political and social leaders in Ñuble – La Discusión

Until July 12, the National Service for Women and Gender Equality will have open the call to apply for the School of Political and Social Leaders 2023.

The space is aimed at women from the age of 15 onwards and who are part of an organization or who intend to belong to one, and who, in turn, want to strengthen their leadership skills.

The classes will be virtual and will have 5 modules (asynchronous), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each module will begin with a synchronous class to present the contents that will be covered. The School considers approximately 40 hours between August and September.

“The purpose is to promote the leadership of the diversity of women and contribute to their participation in all territories and areas of society,” said the national director of SernamEG, Priscilla Carrasco.

From the regional direction, the Regional Director (s) Raúl Fuentes Cuevas indicated that the initiative is part of the programmatic offer maintained by the Women’s Program and Political and Social Participation of SernamEG.

“As SernamEG Ñuble we want women to be able to develop their skills and abilities to exercise real leadership in social and political decision-making spaces. In this way, they will be able to share influence strategies, contact networks and the possibility of creating communities in their environment, in addition to receiving information for optimal use of social networks and ICTs in general ”, she called.
