To the prosecutor’s office: Angel Djambazki filed a signal against Kiril Petkov for treason

IMRO MEP Angel Djambazki announced that he was filing a complaint against Prime Minister Kiril Petkov at the prosecutor’s office. The reason – his policy on “Northern Macedonia”. And the reason – a note shown by the MP from ITN Stanislav Balabanov on TV.

It is a sheet of paper torn from the official notebooks of the Council of Ministers, on which Petkov wrote his ideas on admitting the Republic of Northern Macedonia to start negotiations for accession to the European Union, bypassing the established official position of the Republic of Bulgaria. According to Balabanov, it is outrageous that it first mentions the lifting of the veto on the European integration of the PCM and then comes the fulfillment of their commitments, such as claims to the minority, signs in Bulgarian and others. Historical facts did not matter.

On this occasion, here is what Djambazki says:

“Given the fact that there is a voted framework declaration of the National Assembly, which confirms the official position imposed by the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as given the confirmation of the same position by the National Security Advisory Council, I believe that Mr. Kiril Petkov the composition of the offense under Article 103, paragraph 1, section II, Chapter One of the Penal Code, which reads as follows: from freedom from ten to fifteen years, as well as deprivation of rights under Art. 37, para. 1, items 6 and 9 “, the co-chairman of IMRO argued his signal to the prosecutor’s office.

Angel Djambazki also insists that Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev use the current signal as a legal reason to initiate pre-trial proceedings against Kiril Petkov.
