To the attention of all medical service providers – Ziarul de Vaslui

Considering the provisions of GD no. 161/2016 for the approval of the medical services packages and of the Framework Contract that regulates the conditions for providing medical assistance within the social health insurance system for the years 2016-2017, with the subsequent modifications and completions and of the joint Order MS / CNAS no.763 / 377/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application in 2016 of GD no. 161, we inform you that the contracting process on all areas of healthcare is taking place during July 2016.

Management of CAS Vaslui SETS the deadline for submitting applications accompanied by the documents provided by the normative acts in force, necessary for concluding and negotiating the contracts for the provision of medical services, medicines, medical devices, dated JULY 05, 2016.

Thus, all interested suppliers must submit the requested documents, according to the legislation in force until July 5, 2016

If suppliers submit applications accompanied by documents within a time limit other than that communicated by this notice, they will no longer unfold activity in the social health insurance system until the next contract term.

The deadline for concluding contracts for 2016 is July 29, 2016.
