Legal circles circulated news about the filing of 12 lawsuits against businessman Mustafa Al-Imam, Chairman and Managing Director of Sina Cola Egypt, for issuing checks without balance to a number of companies dealing with him, the value of one company amounting to about 75 million pounds, noting that he had previously 6 rulings were issued against him in cases of checks without balance.

According to what has been circulated, there are other companies that will file new lawsuits against businessman Mustafa Al-Imam next Sunday, after completing the required legal procedures.

It is noteworthy that businessman Mustafa Al-Imam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sina Cola, was previously charged in similar cases, including the case of tax evasion from paying 383 million pounds in general taxes on sales for his company during the period from January of 2011 until December of 2015.
