To enter Greece you must meet one of the following conditions

Greece has extended until 6.00 am on September 3 the aviation directive, which determines the requirements and conditions for entering the country with flights from abroad, ANA-MPA reported.

The amendment to the regulation provides for a mandatory test for unvaccinated passengers, regardless of nationality, arriving from the following 16 countries: Egypt, Albania, Argentina, Bulgaria, Brazil, Georgia, Cuba, the United Arab Emirates, India, China, Libya, Morocco, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Pakistan, Russia and Turkey.

To enter Greece, passengers must meet one of the following conditions:

At least 14 days have elapsed since the vaccination against COVID-19 and present a vaccination certificate in Greek, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Russian issued by a public authority;

– To present a negative result from a laboratory test for COVID-19 by PCR method performed not more than 72 hours ago or by rapid test performed not more than 48 hours before arrival in Greece;

– Provide a certificate that they have been infected with COVID-19, issued 30 days after the first positive test, which is valid for 180 days after that date;

– Present a digital or printed COVID certificate issued by a European or third country that contains information on vaccination, the result of a rapid test (up to 48 hours) or a PCR test (up to 72 hours), or a disease.

Children over the age of 12 are also required to provide proof of vaccination, a negative test, a certificate of illness or a digital certificate.

All travelers to Greece, regardless of nationality, must complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) before the flight. The confirmation is automatically sent to the passenger’s email address.
