Dr. Khaled Mujahid, spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, announced five types of vegetables to strengthen immunity against the emerging corona virus.
Mujahid said on his official Facebook page, Friday, that eating vegetables rich in vitamins helps reduce infection.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population indicated that these vegetables:
1- Red vegetables (tomatoes and red peppers).
2 Green vegetables “cucumber – watercress – lettuce”.
3 – Yellow vegetables “yellow pepper and carrots.”
4- White vegetables “radish and onions.”
5- Purple vegetables “beets.”
