Andik said his party was cooperating with the Keerom Police and village officials in supervising the implementation of the vaccine. “Vaccine injections are carried out to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to make the national vaccination program a success herd immunity (herd immunity) for all communities in the target villages. Let’s support the government to prevent the transmission of the corona virus,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Traffic for the Keerom Police, AKP Akbar, said that the injection of the Covid-19 vaccine was safe and halal. “So far, there have been no reports of any post-immunization follow-up events (AEFI). So, I hope that people who will receive the Covid-19 vaccine will remain calm because I have been vaccinated so I have felt it,” said Akbar.
