TNI Dismisses Hoax Video: Admiral Yudo Margono Did Not Declare Anies Baswedan as Presidential Candidate for 2024

The video narrated by thousands of TNI personnel was led Commander TNI Admiral Yudo Margono declaration supports Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate for 2024 circulating on social media. The TNI emphasized that the video was not true, aka a hoax.

The TNI’s confirmation of dismissing the hoax video was conveyed by the Kabidpenum Puspen TNI Colonel Sus Aidil in a written statement, Thursday (18/5/2023). The video with the narration of the TNI Commander leading the declaration was confirmed to be mere fabrication.

“The video is entitled ‘directly led by Commander Yudo Margono !!’ It is certain that this is false information or hoax,” said Aidil.
