TIX rose on the betting lists after his appearance in Saturday’s final, and was then in 9th place on the list.
But when the first votes from the professional juries were to be handed out, the points waited.
In total, the Norwegian contribution received only 15 points from the professional juries.
From the audience votes, TIX received 60 points. Thus, Norway finished with 75 points, which kept to an 18th place.
– No, no, no, I am not disappointed, Tix said in a comment on NRK when the result was clear.
In the end, it was Italy that emerged victorious from the final, followed by Switzerland.
The UK came out worst, receiving a total of 0 points, both from the jury and from the audience.
Got touching message
During the voting, TIX published a photo on Instagram where he shows his thumbs up.
– That’s how it goes, but we enjoy ourselves, he wrote.
Shortly afterwards, he published an Insta story in which he writes that a 17-year-old from the Netherlands came and told that the song had saved his life.
– Mission completed, writes TIX, together with a picture where he and the choristers cheer with Norwegian flags.

After the song “Falling Angel” was performed, there was a happy Andreas Haukeland in the Green room.
– It sounded exactly as it should, and there is nothing I feel I should have done differently. Now I will do what I can best, carry the whole party in the green room, TIX said to the attended press corps just after the performance.
