The identity behind the Subwoolfer artists has been secret since the start, but before the first semi-final of Eurovision on Tuesday reported NRK that it was at least the artist TIX, or Andreas Haukeland, who hid behind the mask of DJ Austronaut.
On Tuesday, TIX appeared outside PalaOlimpico in Turin in the DJ Astronaut costume.
VG was among the media who quoted the news – which is now not true, according to TIX.
