Zep is a prominent comic book author. In 2004 he received the Grand Prix from the city of Angoulême. He gives birth to Titeuf by chance, in a notebook, while drawing childhood memories. The first billboard was published in a fanzine and, after reading it, Glénat offered to publish it. Success is growing and soon becomes a real phenomenon in the publishing world. In 2011, it is a new stage in the life of Titeuf who is entitled to his film scripted and directed by Zep. Two years after, Titeuf celebrates its 20th anniversary and, on this occasion, a large exhibition is dedicated to him at the Paris Book Fair, then at the Geneva Book Fair. In the same year, the entire series becomes available digitally worldwide! In September 2013, with the publication ofA story of menZep proposes, in a completely different register, an album with admittedly realistic graphics whose theme elaborates an inventory of the buried passions and desires of a group of former musicians.
