An Airbus A321 took off from London Stansted Airport. According to comprehensive foreign media reports, shortly after the aircraft took off, passengers began to report to the crew that the cabin temperature was colder than before. , and at the same time, various noises or noises became louder. When the passenger plane reached a safe altitude, the crew began to check the condition of the entire fuselage, only to discover that they were missing two windows and the rubber seal of one was exposed and fluttering in the wind. After evaluation, the captain decided to turn back and land. The preliminary inspection report showed that the pressure of the passenger plane remained normal during the flight, and there was no danger or abnormal notification.
The plane where the problem occurred belongs to the British “Titan Airways” and was responsible for carrying private travel itineraries. It was carrying 9 passengers from London to Florida in the United States. There were 11 crew members on board. As the plane took off and climbed to 14,000 feet (nearly 4,267.2 meters), passengers began to report that the temperature in the cabin was colder than before, while some crew members found the noise to be very loud and disturbing.

After landing, it was found that only the inner plastic sheets of the two missing windows were left, and the sealing strip used to fix the third window had fallen off. There was also a protrusion in another window, which was also in danger of falling off.
After the British Air Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) took over the investigation, it was found that the passenger plane used multiple powerful lights to illuminate the fuselage for more than 4 hours in order to create a sunrise scene during a previous shooting activity, and the distance was only a few meters away. At 9 meters, the high temperature generated by the light deformed and damaged the window glass and surrounding parts, which led to this outrageous situation. Fortunately, the turnaround was discovered immediately, otherwise a more serious accident may have occurred.
