For some hours, Tiscali’s services have been experiencing problems throughout Italy from both fixed and mobile devices: most of the reports from users concern the e-mail service, but there are also those who report internet and telephone network malfunctions.
As for e-mail, many users explain that they have received error messages after entering their login credentials, and that they have not been able to access their mailboxes. Other users have also reported the malfunction of the dedicated app, MyTiscali.
The premium reports failure began around 9.30 this morning, and came from all areas of Italy.
