A sore throat is one of the most common symptoms when someone is infected with Omicron.

Experts say that Omicron symptoms that appear in addition to sore throat are also followed by coughing, runny nose, fever and others.

1. Gargle with salt water

The best sore throat medicine suggested by dr. Zalmay is gargling with salt water.

The trick, stir half a teaspoon of salt into a glass of warm water, drink, tilt your head back and gargle, but do not swallow.

Repeat gargling with salt water once in the morning and again at night.

2. Drink lots of water

In addition to gargling with salt water, drinking more water can also be a quick way to relieve a sore throat.
