According to him, now the transmission of Covid-19 is getting higher.
Because of that he suggested for each individual to do regular exercise with moderate intensity.
Exercise with moderate intensity is exercise 3-5 times per week with a duration of 30-45 minutes.
This exercise can be done in the open with exposure to the morning sun.
“Neural exercise, for example breathing, vocalizations and postures to maintain health and physical exercise to maintain fitness,” he said as quoted from UGM’s official website.
“Besides, get enough rest and always think positively about the things around us, also live peacefully and always be happy,” he said.
