Jakarta: Cancer can happen to anyone, including youngsters. Various ways can be done to avoid various risk factors for getting infected cancer. Risk factors can increase a person’s chances of developing cancer later in life.

1. Smoking habits

2. Limit alcohol consumption

3. Maintain weight

4. Actively move

Regular physical activity can reduce the risk of breast and colon cancer. There are various types of physical activity that you can do. For adults, we recommend doing 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity.

5. Regularly check the condition of the body

The American Cancer Society recommends regular screening tests to detect cancers before they spread. Some tests, such as cervical and colon tests, can even prevent cancer from developing in its early stages, according to the American Cancer Society. You should also always attend regular body checks, or do additional tests if needed.
