Seniors attach importance to physiological health and do not care about mental health, knowing that there are psychological disorders they may be exposed to as they age, such as depression and anxiety.

In this context, the Ministry of Health and Population has provided, on its official Facebook page, a series of tips for the elderly to promote mental health.

The health advice included the following guidelines:

Family, community and voluntary participation.

Regular daily exercise.
