Heart patients should eat red meat in moderation on Eid al-Adha, because excessive consumption of it negatively affects their health, as it contains a high percentage of saturated fats.
The permitted amount of red meat for a heart patient on Eid is only one piece. If he exceeds it and eats more, he may be exposed to:
High blood cholesterol.
– High uric acid in the blood.
High blood sugar.
