According to the Ministry of Health and Population, these tips are as follows:
1- Stay away from direct sunlight
2- Wear light cotton clothes
3- Use an umbrella to protect yourself from the sun’s heat while walking
4-Avoid staying in the sun with light clothes for a long continuous period.
5- Avoid going out during peak hours of heat (from 2 pm to 4 pm).
6-Make sure to get good natural ventilation and reduce dependence on air conditioners
7- Drink plenty of fluids like water and eat summer fruits like watermelon
8- Not moving between hot and cold weather constantly
9- Do not leave the elderly and children in cars and close the windows for a long time
