Timur Sukirno, President Commissioner of Garuda Indonesia, once wrote an open letter to Prabowo

PT Garuda Indonesia held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Friday (13/8/2021).

In this EGMS, the composition of the board of directors and the board of commissioners was changed.

The reshuffle was to honorably dismiss four commissioners, namely Triawan Munaf, Peter F Gontha, Elisa Lumbantoruan and Zannuba Arifah (Yenny Wahid).

In addition, the EGMS also appointed Timur Sukirno as President Commissioner as well as concurrently Independent Commissioner and transferred Chairul Tanjung as Commissioner.

With this AGM, Garuda Commissioner changed from five people to three people.

So that the composition of the new Commissioners is as follows:

– President Commissioner concurrently Independent Commissioner: East Sukirno

– Commissioner: Chairul Tanjung

– Independent Commissioner: Abdul Rachman.
