Timothée Chalamet (28) was recently spotted on the set of his new film “Marty Supreme” in the middle of New York City. Pictures show the actor in a 50s-style outfit, with an open pale blue shirt, green trousers and a large leather bag. A thin mustache and rimless glasses complete his look – making the Oscar-nominated actor almost unrecognizable. While filming on the Lower East Side, he casually strolls across the street while onlookers snap a few photos in the background.
The film, directed by Josh Safdie, is a biopic about famous table tennis player Marty Reisman. The athlete was known not only for his outstanding achievements and numerous awards, but also for his eccentric fashion style. Timothée and Josh were seen intensely discussing the scene during a break from filming. In addition to the 28-year-old, Gwyneth Paltrow (52), the musician Tyler, the Creator (33) and Penn Jillette (69) will also be seen in the film.
Timothée, who currently commutes between New York and California and is in a relationship with Kylie Jenner (27), became famous in 2017 with the film “Call Me by Your Name”. For his acting performance he received an Oscar nomination as one of the youngest leading actors. In addition to “Marty Supreme”, he will soon also be seen in a film adaptation about the music legend Bob Dylan (83), which is entitled “A Complete Unknown”.
